1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cool Cooks ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Service

Cool Cooks offers a premium subscription at $7.00 USD per month. By subscribing you agree to the following:

  • Your subscription automatically renews every month until cancelled
  • You will be charged $7.00 USD on the same date each month
  • You can cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium content until the end of your paid period

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription
  • No refunds for partial months after the 7-day window
  • Refund requests must be submitted to: hello@coolcooks.com
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
  • You will not be charged after cancellation takes effect
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 7-day window

5. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited

6. Content Usage

  • All recipes, videos, and content on Cool Cooks are owned by Cool Cooks
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission
  • Premium video content may not be downloaded, recorded, or shared

7. Disclaimer

Cool Cooks provides recipes and cooking content for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from following our recipes. Always check ingredients for allergens.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
